Help us answer every call.

We're a small, deliberate team. We hire slowly, give a lot of trust, and ship to real dental practices every week.

We're fully remote across the U.S., with optional offsites four times a year. Generous PTO, full health coverage, 401(k) match, equity in every offer.

How we work

  • Async-first, deeply written. We document instead of meeting when we can. The bar for a doc is “an office manager could read it.”
  • Small teams, big mandates. Every release has a single named owner. Two-pizza teams or smaller.
  • Ship weekly, retro biweekly. Every Friday we ship to a real practice. Every other Friday we sit with their office manager and watch them use it.
  • Compensation is generous & transparent. Same comp bands regardless of where in the U.S. you live. Equity refresh annually.
