About

The front desk, re-imagined.

Wilma is the AI receptionist for dental practices. We answer every call, book straight into your PMS, and follow up on recalls, so your front desk can focus on the patient in the chair.

Why Wilma

The average dental office misses about a third of inbound calls, and the new patient on hold quietly hangs up and calls the practice down the street. The revenue impact is measurable; the patient impact is bigger. We started Wilma to close that gap with software that actually picks up the phone.

We're not trying to replace the receptionist. We're building the teammate who's there for the lunch rush, the after-hours emergency, the Monday-morning surge, and the recall queue everyone wishes they had time for.

What we believe

The front desk is sacred.

Every missed call is a patient who chose another practice. We treat that loss like it's our own.

Privacy isn't a feature.

It's the foundation. We sign BAAs, never train on patient data, and design with assume-breach defaults.

Ship to real practices, weekly.

We measure ourselves in calls answered, not features released. Every release is graded by a real office manager.

Plain language wins.

Dental practices don't need another product written for VCs. Our terms, pricing, and product all read like a human wrote them.

Investors & advisors

Wilma is independently funded by operators in the dental and healthtech spaces. We'll add a public investor page when we have something we're excited to share.
